16. Term, Termination, and Renewal
This Agreement remains in effect while you hold an QwikAide account. QwikAide reserves the right to terminate this Agreement or suspend your access at any time, including in cases of unauthorized use or violations of these Terms. No refunds are provided upon termination, except as required by law. Any licenses that would otherwise continue with your plan will also end upon termination of the Agreement. QwikAide retains a perpetual license for any public content you have shared, which remains in effect after termination.
17. Tax and Miscellaneous Provisions
Tax Obligations:
All fees for QwikAide's services include applicable taxes, which will be charged as required by your local regulations.
USA: All fees are inclusive of sales tax, and users agree to be responsible for paying any applicable sales taxes in their state.
UAE: All fees are inclusive of VAT, which will be applied as per UAE tax laws, where applicable.
India: All fees are inclusive of GST, which will be applied in accordance with Indian tax regulations.
Users in these or other regions agree to comply with their local tax obligations and ensure any required taxes are accounted for based on their jurisdiction.
18. Reward Policy for Contests
This Reward Policy is an extension of qwikaide.com's existing Terms and Conditions and applies to all contests, including the "Battle of the Brains: EdCoins Challenge." By participating, users agree to the rules outlined in this Reward Policy along with the platform's Privacy Policy and applicable national and international laws.
Global Applicability:
